About the Business

My massage business started in 2011 when I co-started Project Zen Massage & Bodywork in San Francisco, CA. The business became very popular, and my days became very full, managing 30 employees and spending most of my time running operations. I started to miss what I loved doing the most- giving bodywork and helping people to feel their best! In 2018, I decided to simplify my life and move to Colorado after selling my business. I am now focusing on my clients instead of paperwork and loving every minute of it. I am committed to helping you reach your unique goals and also empowering you with tools and techniques for self-care at home. In addition to being a Certified Massage Therapist, I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor, and I love to share beneficial yoga stretches with my clients to support and further progress the work that is accomplished on the massage table.
