I have been a Registered Massage Practitioner for the past 12 years. I owned and operated Well-Being Massage Studio in the Columbia Maryland.
I received my training at the Baltimore School Of Massage Maryland which provides the most comprehensive training for massage therapists in the United States. In addition to learning various styles of massage therapy, I also studied anatomy, kinesiology and how to assess and customize sessions according to people's individual needs and requests.
I have training and experience in treating physical pain whether it's caused by stress, emotional tension, a sports injury or surgery. Also, I utilize various forms of massage therapy including: Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Myofacial Technique as well as offering advice on exercise to help you move towards optimal health and wellness.
