Welcome to Vietnam's Central, my name is Tuong Bui (Tom). I am the chef and owner. I have spent years honing my culinary skills under the tutelage if my mother and my brothers. I have also spent some time traveling throughout Vietnam in search of culinary techniques and ingredients to incorporate into my cooking. My dishes will feature fresh herbs, green vegetables, exotic ingredients along with fish, beef, pork and chicken to bring out flavors and textures from every bite.
