About the Business

Following his education in South Carolina, Chef Varanese took the position of Executive Chef at Azalea restaurant in 1998. There, he developed his management style, personality and culinary flair. After 3 years, his culinary and business skills peaked -- Chef Varanese was ready to begin plans for his own restaurant. He spent 4 years as the Executive Chef at the Cardinal Club while planning his own restaurant, resigning that position to focus on opening Varanese in August 2007.
