Born out of a love of the classic butcher shop, The Wise Ox offers our guests the same premium meats, like-minded purveyors, and quality products we use across Trust Restaurant Group. Our crew, a group of hardcore chefs and experienced butchers take their craft seriously, and it shows. Walk into our shop and catch David breaking down a whole pig, Mark creating sausages from scratch, Ivanhoe smoking house-cut brisket.
