The older you get, the less frequent “first-time experiences” become. Many of the first time experiences of my adult life come from the discovery of a new beer, or a new food, or a new restaurant. Trying to create these first time experiences for our customers with our unique chicken and beers is what makes our job so exciting. Some people ask us “how come you don’t have Bud light?” or “why don’t you carry buffalo sauce?” Yeah, that’s what everyone is familiar with and comfortable with, but we are here to push people out of their comfort zone. We try to create new experiences for everyone. And I think this reach for diversity can be witnessed in many of the other Convoy district restaurants as well. We have great relationships with the other places in Convoy and together, we are trying to bring more growth to the area.
