We offer private, one-on-one, highly specialized training with a personal trainer that will help you reach your individual goals. This business was created by a kid that was bullied and was tired of it. He was skinny and unhealthy and decided to change that in 2005 He began working out with a personal trainer and started seeing results and totally changed his health and life. He gave up his carrier in HVAC and opened his first Gym in 2009. Health and fitness is a passion of his and he created The Warehouse Gym for people just like himself that felt intimidated to ever walk into a gym.
