11athletics opened its doors in June of 2014 with the mindset of changing the way people see and experience fitness. Our 18,000 square foot facility is the first of it's kind as a hybrid gym that specializes in functional fitness but caters to every gym-goers needs. We believe that this hybrid gym concept of mixing cross-fit, chain gyms and athletic performance will be the growing trend throughout the nation. We have a concept of open functional fitness space utilizing your bodies natural human form by producing force, running, lifting unique objects and performing gymnastic type movements. Our bodies were not meant to be seated doing confining, limited movements on a machine but by recruiting all our muscles functionally.

We are a full service gym offering general membership, a full class schedule, top certified and degree trainers and a wellness department with onsite chiropractic care/massage therapy. We believe in utilizing a training philosophy that uses the latest journal studies to create real results. These studies involve proper body mechanics, strength training, injury prevention and HIIT style cardio designed for fat loss and building lean muscle. We also train some of the best athletes in the world that have been home grown in or around Columbus, Ohio. Brian and Todd have been in the fitness industry for a combined 35 years of experience working with all types of clientele from youth to professional athletes.  They had a vision of how fitness should be along with how a facility should be set up. Their vision is 11athletics an open functional facility designed to give you real results based off of scientifically proven research.
