Right out of HS, did roofing 1 yr., then 21 yrs in boat MGF. Left as an asst. Plant MGR., Started a window & Door installation co. 4yrs, after market crashed went back as a plant MGR at another factory 4yrs, Then decided to start a family buisiness with my 2 sons. This was to help them learn the trades correctly. Customer satisfactory is number one.
