In 1999 I graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy with over 700 hours. I have over 20 years of Professional experience in Massage Therapy. I have had successful massage therapy practices in Hawaii (2.5 years), Bellevue, Washington (2 years), Orem, Utah (3 years) and La Jolla, CA (a year and a half) before starting my fifth practice in Salt Lake City in October of 2015.

I don't do the "light fluff massage". There are elements of relaxation in my massage treatments but I do a medium to deep massage. So please do not try to schedule with me if you are wanting just a light, relaxing massage because I don't do that. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports, Injury Massage, Chronic Pain, Prenatal, Craniosacral, and Auto Accident victims. If you are training for any sporting event, or just active in general with any kind of sport/exercise, I'm the massage therapist for you. If you have chronic pain like headaches, migraines, sciatica, back pain, shoulder or neck pain, tendinitis, tennis elbow, etc. I can help you. If you are recovering from an injury or surgery or if you are stressed and just need relief from muscle tension, you should call me to make an appointment as soon as possible.

I have been a professional massage therapist for over 20 years.  Along with building 5 successful massage practices in Hawaii, Washington, Utah and California, some fun highlights of my massage career are:  I did massages backstage for an Alice Cooper concert, massaged band members of Earth Wind & Fire, & did massages backstage at Jack Johnson's Kokua Festival in Hawaii in 2008 w/ Dave Matthews, Tim Reynolds, Mason Jennings & other musicians. In 2008 I also did massages back stage at Jack Johnson's concert in Salt Lake City & at The Gorge Amphitheater in WA.  Being a huge Jack Johnson fan this was a dream!
