This was the guiding principle in my basic training and advanced certifications as I established my business.

The "BODY" in Body Logic refers to the complex nature of our anatomy and physiology. The "LOGIC" in the business name refers to the natural logic the body has for repair and rejuvenation + the intellectual logic of my training, skill and experience in a variety of massage and bodywork techniques to help people become pain free.

I enjoy working with people. I enjoy the variety and complexity that each individual presents at each massage therapy session. Whether struggling with chronic pain or seeking some relaxation from the hectic pace of daily living, I enjoy the challenge of helping to support the client's goals.

Continuing education is a key ingredient in my practice. I regularly attend classes and participate in courses on-line to keep my skills fresh and my practice current. I want the very best information for my clients.
