About the Business
We started in a small room with just a few weights in two different types of barefoot HIIT classes…
We now have 5000sq ft of fitness space and offer 7 types of fitness classes.
Soon after opening, we grew to the point of selling our franchise rights to a corporate who helped us grow to over 50 studios.
A few years later we decided to run our own business again and break off from corporate.
