About the Business
For over 8 years specializing in personal training, the Facility has specialized in people 40 years and older, especially with issues involving, but not limited to, back, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, heart conditions and diabetes. We train people of all ages, but because our personal trainers are college educated in exercise science, the Facility has been able to extend it's proven results to people who would not ordinarily go into a gym environment. Weight loss through science is also a specialty in which we have developed specific protocols in order to execute efficiently. We help lose the weight and keep it off by maintaining and increasing muscle mass. (metabolism).
