Executive Chef Chris Rains has been a Nashville chef for 20 years including roles as Executive Chef at the Wildhorse Saloon and at the arena with the Nashville Predators. His style is approachable but elevated: gourmet meets rock n' roll. He loves teaching technique and sharing recipes, and always has an adventurous new dish up his sleeve. Originally from Seattle, he moved here in his teens and enjoys life in Nashville with his wife and daughter.
