The Cajun Stop opened up shop at the hidden corner of Jefferson & Hutchins in 2009 and has been there since.

Yes, it is a Hole in the wall and a little Run down with some dingy tables... but you know what? We do everything we can to make sure that your food tastes good.

We want Houston to enjoy the real experience of an authentic New Orleans' Style Po-Boy, which of course starts with fresh baked French Bread, overstuffed dressings, and of course the New Orleans' flavor seafood and drippy roast beef. New Orleans' style French bread has a distinctive look, texture, and taste that are particularly difficult to duplicate in Houston, but we have found the secret recipe. Our Po-Boys come in different sizes with choices from a variety of fried seafood, sloppy roast beef drenched in our homemade gravy, Louisiana's Famous Hot Sausage Patties and much more.
