Since 1982, Terry's A/C and Heating has been a family owned and operated business serving West Houston including Richmond, Katy, Bellaire and more. Our family has been in the AC and refrigeration business for five generations.

I am the 5th generation of Terry's to run Terry's A/C and Heating. My great-great grandfather installed all of the refrigeration in the Monterrey beer factories. My great-grandfather, Clarence, took our business to San Antonio, where he was one of the largest A/C guys in town during the Great Depression. My grand father actually went into the distributor side of the business and worked selling A/C and refrigeration equipment to businesses throughout Texas. My dad, Rex, was discharged from the Air Force in the late 70s and started working on the distribution side as well, and it turned from a hobby into a passion, and opened the business officially in 1982 in Houston.
