About the Business

The owner, Ron, started this business after working for a couple HVAC companies and an HVAC manufacturer for serveral years. He knew he could make a difference in this industry. He started out riding around doing service calls with his dog, Toby.

After a couple years of slow growth, Ron applied and was accepted as an HVAC educator at a local trade school, where the learning really began. He taught for 4 years, and earned 13 different industry certifications including a Master Educator certification.

The teaching had to take a step back as the company began to grow. By that time though, he had lost his best canine buddy Toby, and missed him dearly. Ron knew that there will always be another dog, or three in his life, and that business will continue. He wanted some way to memorialize his companions, so each vehicle was named after one of his pets rather than just a number. Maybe you will see them on the road.

Ron has worked in the HVAC Industry since 2005, when he became frustrated with the office environment at an insurance company. He had been working weekends for a family member who owned an HVAC company, and had learned a lot, so he started full time. It turns out that Ron loves the HVAC industry because there's always a new puzzle to solve, and another problem to fix.  After doing this for a few years, Ron started his own business so he could solve these puzzles, and keep an eye on his aging dog. Ron has always loved animals, and hasn't taken a break from stopping on the road to help stranded animals, adopting new puppies of his own, and even acquiring a permit from the city to start a feral cat colony in his nieghborhood where he and his wife would catch ferals cats, get them fixed, and release them again. Over the years, they have trapped and spayed and neutered over 30 cats in their neighborhood, drastically cutting down on the number of cats found dead on the streets in the area.
