Seventy-five percent of business is high-end residential, however the company also designed all of the stores for the launch of L'Occitane in the US.

The majority of TECNY Group's work is New York City based in areas like the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, the Village and Midtown and range in scope from a full renovation of a one-bedroom apartment to a 12,000 square foot new construction.

About half the time, clients use TECNY Group as a design/build firm, but the other half of the company's business is purely design. Thus, total budget can vary from a hundred thousand dollars to a few million. TECNY Group has many loyal customers, and has even done five projects for a single client.
