A delicious blend of old and new world Mexico, Talavera features a variety of popular Mexican dishes vairiying from recipes that originated in traditional street markets to others that have been refined in the classic restaurants of Mexico City. Menu items are prepared from fresh, authentic ingredients found in customary Mexican cuisine. Much like the cuisine, Talavera's handcrafted cocktail selection will delight the senses with original flavors including local fruits and healthful ingredients.

Eduardo "Lalo" Durazo is the Managing Partner of the South Florida based Jaguar Hospitality Group. A native of Mexico, he graduated from USC in 1981 with extensive knowledge in business and entrepreneurship. In the restaurant business for over 40 years, (Los Angeles, Ca., throughout Mexico and now Miami) Lalo started his first Miami restaurant Jaguar Ceviche Spoon Bar and LatAm Grill in 2005. He then formed Jaguar Hospitality Group in 2006 and soon to follow, restaurants Talavera Cocina Mexicana and Peacock Garden Café opened.
