Having held a wide variety of culinary and hospitality positions during my career I am able to bring a unique perspective and understanding to SZND.  Utilizing the skills and experiences I have earned from working in both the front and the back of house in various restaurants allows me to create a fundamentally different style of culinary experience to SZND.
