The Lafayette Brewing Company opened in May of 2012 under the name Pan American Grill & Brewery. In June 2017, we became the LBC in order to highlight our best feature: our delicious craft beer made right here on premise! We continue to thrive and take part in Buffalo's renaissance.

After gaining much experience in the Buffalo restaurant industry, I found a home at the iconic Pearl Street Brewery where I worked hard to earn a spot in upper management. When the company was opening our second location at the Lafayette, I was offered the job of General Manager.
