We came to Canada hoping to have a better life. We've been lucky to have great opportunities working at some good and reputable restaurants and with chefs. After a few years of working with those, we decided to have our own business. We are starting small here but with a big dream. Our chefs are passionate, kind, considerate, health conscious and creative. Come try our specialty "Aburi Nigiri Sushi" This is torched sushi with our special sauce on top. People may imagine square pressed sushi but we make them different. Ours look as normal nigiri sushi but torched and beautifully presented. The prettier the tastier. Come and taste our passion.

Mr. Yul H, wants to show off what he has learned and what he can offer to people. He put a twist on how Aburi Nigiris are done in other restaurants. He invented his own sauce to torch on. His special rolls are creative and eye-entertaining to customers. He is trying for his another dream. Come and support his dream.
