About the Business

Studio B Urban Hair was established in the spring of 2007. Located in the Glebe south of downtown Ottawa, Ontario, it started out as small sister salon and evolved into the funkiest hair spot in the city! Our clientele varies from 6 months old to 90. We have a fun and edgy urban look that's unique to Ottawa, keeping our clientele excited for their next visit. We get eight to ten hours of cardio in a day from laughter and still manage to get our clients walking out of the door with stunning, cutting edge hair! (No pun intended).

Arran started out in the hair industry 14 years ago and is extremely passionate about what she does day in and day out.  After working in the movie industry in Montreal & Ottawa she settled down co-owning Studio B in 2007. In 2009 she took over the shop and now shares ownership with the amazing Amy Doll.
