About the Business

Adam, the owner and operator has 10 years of construction experience. He has been a carpenter, brick mason, hardware and glass installer, etc. In 2006 he went into the field of Building Science, to find energy loss, moisture intrusion, and building failure. Adam spent years as a Home Energy Rater performing Blower Door and Duct-Blaster tested on new, Energy Efficient houses, throughout the Triangle and Wilmington areas. He has since gotten his commercial and residential General Contractors License and has not only been helping folks save energy in their attics and crawlspaces, but building porches, decks, full remodeling and renovations and has recently begun build new homes from the ground up!

Hi. This is Adam here. I became a Broker-In-Charge of Stetten Realty Inc. in 2006, a certified Home Energy Rater in 2008, and a "Licensed Building Contractor" (commercial and residential) in 2010. I built a spec home in 2013 and I am now selling that home for a second time in 2017.
