We used to build luxury custom homes at Governors Club and other high end subdivisions in Chapel Hill. We are a former DOCHBA "Builder of the Year". In partnership with the Town of Chapel Hill we have also built affordable housing for low and moderate income buyers.

Today we are a Certified Green Professional (CGP), specializing in green built residential design/build projects using our own crews. We are also Certified Aging in Place (CAPS) trained at NAHB.
