About the Business

We opened in 2008. Over the years, we have made quite a few additions, including a smokehouse, a sun room and a large patio with a live entertainment stage. Our banquets have increased from 10 per month to as many as 100 per month. Our wine list has grown from 200 bottles to over 500 bottles, including some of the most coveted wines from around the world as recognized by the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Our Executive Chef, Matt Pearson, has been here since day 1. He creates all of the recipes for our ever changing menu and hand selects all of our steaks.

We aren't your ordinary steakhouse. We are a Texas Sized Steakhouse. We offer live music 7 days a week (weather permitting) with incredible sunset views from our massive patio overlooking the beautiful Lake Travis to our 3 story restaurant, you can get an incredible view just about anywhere. Our 36oz Tomahawk Steak with the shrimp brochette, carved table side is something to see and enjoy. With over 500 different wines to choose from, we have just what you are looking for to accompany any entree and satisfy any palate.

Mr. Steiner grew up on the original Steiner Ranch and the location of the restaurant was his mothers favorite spot to have a view of Lake Travis and watch the breathtaking sunsets.  Mr. Steiner was a world champion bull rider in the 70's and his son was a world champion steer wrestler in 2002.  They both have very active rolls in the restaurant, but more importantly, Mr. Steiner cares about guest satisfaction and the guest experience.  Mr. Steiner always wanted to have a steakhouse and in 2008 he finally was able to see the restaurant open to the public.
