Soto South Lamar is an expansion of the neighborhood sushi bar located in Cedar Park. Executive Chef and Owner Andy Chen has been working in restaurants his entire life. Moving to Texas from Boston, Chef Andy has many years of training in Sushi/Japanese cuisine and also french technique.
