Executive Chef Bryan Tortorella and managing partner Glenn Carlough are behind the Steel Wheel Tavern. Bryan is a native of River Edge, New Jersey and for more than 20 years, he has worked at a variety of restaurants in Rhode Island. These include the Pier Restaurant in Newport, Ruth's Chris in Providence and New Jersey, and Bacari Grill in Washington Twp. Bryan uses his diverse experiences, creativity, and culinary skills, along with his passion for quality to deliver a consistently satisfying dining experience at Steel Wheel Tavern.
