Only a counter table seat at 115 Division Street, serves one and only "Shabu-shabu" tasting menu -- Japanese hotpot. Extremely silky and speechless A5 / Highest grade of Japanese premium thin cut wagyu beef, and silky yet powerful finest US wagyu (Washugyu) beef, and tender pork wrapped up with very fresh vegetables get cooked in Umami Dashi broth. And then, dipped in 12 kinds of house made sauces. A chef / executive service woman Mayu offers course menu with taking very care of you by herself.
