When Regina moved to the United States in 2014 she continued her Spa Adagio holistic approach at both her Timonium and Baltimore locations.

I, Regina specializes in all modalities of body work from relaxation to therapeutic massage, pain relief, prenatal massage, sport massage, facials and spa treatments. paired with stretching for better range of motion and pain relief. I work with professional athletes and weekend warriors and all who want to relieve pain from over exertions. Not only does I work to relieve pain but she also relieves stress through aromatherapy and a never-ending stream of gentle head and scalp massage. Regina is passionate about helping people attain and maintain wellness. She started her career in Germany as a nurse in traditional Western Medicine and then expanded her studies to become an Alternative Health Practitioner (Heilpraktiker). When she moved to to the United States, she became a licensed Massage Therapist in Maryland and opened the U.S. branch of Spa Adagio. Being licensed in both traditional western medicine and alternative medicine, gives her a unique perspective to create holistic treatment plans for her clients.
