About the Business

Souvlaki GR launched originally as a food truck (the "Souvlakitruck"), in August, 2010 and was awarded the Vendy Award for Best Rookie Food Truck, one month later. The restaurant location at 116 Stanton opened just eight months later with the desire to serve a slightly expanded menu, albeit remaining authentic to a true souvlaki cafe, in an ambience reminiscient of the Greek Islands.
