About the Business

We started out as a small local gym in Burnsville, MN with a focus on helping people attain their goals of achieving strength and conditioning all while having a cool place to train ourselves. The gym has now outgrown a few previous locations and we have the best community of members to boot. We will continue to offer the best training environment in the twin cities metro that we can and will constantly improve on equipment and amenities along with striving to give back to our local community with time and our resources.
