Established back in 1997, Ichiban has been a part of the eclectic Austin food landscape for over two decades. Known for delicious sushi, a beautiful Koi pond, and being Austin's original Tatami-style dining experience, we hope to be a part of the community for many more years.

Eventually wanting to run a business of his own here in Austin, Eddie took over for his father and has been running Ichiban ever since. He hopes to entice folks to wander a bit off the beaten path with their palate with his bright, inventive Korean and Japanese dishes.
