Business Owner

Eddie C. (Business Owner)

With his father starting Ichiban back in 1997, Eddie grew up in the restaurant. Eventually wanting to run a business of his own here in Austin, Eddie took over for his father and has been running Ichiban ever since. He hopes to entice folks to wander a bit off the beaten path with their palate with his bright, inventive Korean and Japanese dishes.
