Sorbello's Restaurant was established in 1996 by a husband and wife by the name of Sara and Nicolo Sorbello. Married in Italy, Sara soon got stationed all the way in Florida, at NAS JAX. The idea of the restaurant came to them by a friend and they fantasized the idea. In no time, they had tiny Sorbello's up and running, with only about 6 or 7 tables in a tiny whole in the wall. They then expanded to another side which gave them about 14 tables! After 16 years of successful business it was time for another move in January 2012, this one not exactly by choice. The gas station near by needed to expand and we "simply" had to pick up and move. Everything happens for a reason though and the Sorbello's family is now running a place three times as big! So far so good and we hope to keep the business in the family for as long as possible! Come visit us! - written by Nikita Sorbello (Daughter)

This is Nikita Sorbello, the daughter of Sara and Nicolo Sorbello. I am helping them run the Yelp Page and can contact them if you need! Nick and Sara Sorbello as most of you know opened up this dream long ago in a tiny hole in the wall restaurant with outstanding food. We now own a business that is bigger than ever imagined and we are very proud! My parents are extremely hard workers and do everything they can to make sure your experience at Sorbello's is a good one! From the service all the way down to the food. If the costumers are happy, they are happy! They are thankful for the several fans and love and cherish all the wonderful friendships they have made through the business alone!
