About the Business
The owner, Stephen Pizza, is a former Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach with his Master's Degree and over 10 years of experience in the science and administration field of Exercise Science and Physiology. With over a year of extensive planning and preparing, Stephen finally opened up his own doors and founded SLC Strength & Conditioning. SLC Strength & Conditioning opened at the beginning of February, 2017.

All programs also have strong emphasis on injury prevention, full body strength, core strength, functional movement, joint stability, bone health, weight maintenance/loss, and nutrition. We also offer programs that focus on functional ground based movement, power lifting, Olympic lifting and variations, suspension training, conditioning, and plyometric movements.
