Our facility is an open-gym format with a great group of core members who are always willling to lend a hand. Our facility provides an atmosphere for athletes who take their training seriously and is tired of commercial gyms and the environment they provide. Our members are treated like family and our gym is a place they can call home. Ironground Gym is the home for the Utah Powerlifting group as well as the University of Utah powerlifting club. Our mission is to grow stronger together and live a healthier, more confident life.
