I am a former NHL strength and conditioning coach that decided to start my own training business. I came across SMTF in 2020 and immediately knew that one day I would own one. After a few years of growing my training business, I had the opportunity to purchase the location that I was training out of. I have been the owner and operator since May of 2022!
