We believe in providing premium equipment for strength & conditioning, with competition-grade equipment for every level of competitor. On staff are dedicated NSCA-CSCS coaches, who will help you achieve your fitness goals through a sound understanding of the scientific principles of training and the practical experience to apply it to every athlete.

Tyler and Michael are Cincinnati natives who have grown up here their whole lives and consider this city home. They have been childhood friends for the past 15 years, and always had a dream of opening up a gym together one day. The passion for lifting persisted throughout college and came to fruition in 2019. Michael and Tyler are both Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. They believe in applying the scientific principles of training to exercise in order to improve any athlete's abilities. Through this knowledge, and the use of premium, competition-grade equipment they know they can take any caliber of athlete to the next level.
