About the Business

In the 1950's our grandfather, Giacomo, came to live the American Dream. He moved from Saviano, Italy to live in Long Island, New York. He met his wife and started a family, opening their first location in Long Island, New York, named Village Pizza. As business flourished we moved to a larger location and changed the name to Alfieri Brothers' Pizzeria. Again, we outgrew the size of the restaurant and relocated to a larger side of the center where we have remained since 1991.

The following year, Saverio Alfieri decided to head south and expand the family business by opening a location in North Texas. Since then, Saverio and his two sons, Anthony and Giacomo, have managed to create one of Dallas/Ft. Worth's best Italian restuarant.

We bring our customers an experience. We are not a place with "Managers." Ownership can be found at the restaurant at all times. We bring more then food. We bring the customers US. We take pride in our business and care deeply about the incredible amount of loyal customers, friends and family that have been with us since the beginning. Our food is ordered, prepped, made and server by us. When you come in to Savianos don't expect a corporate business model. You can expect an authentic business model. We are not perfect all the time however we are present in our restaurant. Just ask for one of us.
