VinnyJr. noticed when moving to Texas from New York that a lot of places call themselves "New York Style" but their definition of "New York" pizza is different.   The bottom line is that it comes down to the quality of the cheese, the sauce and the dough.  The crust is very important.  Vinny says you need to get a bit of a crisp to it.
