About the Business

The business started as a relatively basic deli but has grown to have the vast majority of its food and desert offerings lean towards Daily Home Made items. Catering, both Corporate as well as Personal, has grown quite extensively over the years. Also, the owner has always remained "at-the-helm" and is more than willing to assure customer satisfaction at all times as he is a local resident of Saddle River for 27 years and this is his only Deli.

We are always courteous to all. The owner, George, is most often "on the floor" 70 hours a week and is quite accessible to anyone who wishes to speak to him. We pride ourselves on our Crispy Chicken Cutlets, Buffalo Chicken and our Roast Beef. Hi-grade Salmon leads our daily hot bar offerings, followed by virtually ALL home-made entrees. Also, we bake our own muffins and cookies once or twice a day.
