Rusconi's American Kitchen was established by long time valley Chef Michael Rusconi. Chef Rusconi's culinary pedigree includes Mary Elaine's at the Phoenician, Vincent's on Camelback and more recently T-Cooks at the Royal Palms and Lon's at the Hermosa Inn. His goal was to establish a casual restaurant with an upscale fine dining oriented Menu.

Chef Rusconi has been a leader in sustainable food before it was trendy to do so.  His culinary history includes being chosen by his peers through the ARA for a Foodist Award as the Arizona Food Pioneer, Arizona’s top honor, 5 Mobil 4 Star Awards, and consecutive nominations for the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame. He is known for revitalizing the cuisine at LON's at the Hermosa Inn, supporting many charity events. Rusconi's creativity is endless. From the carefully curated menu to the stunning skylight at the heart of the restaurant, this modern day Renaissance man has designed every element you will experience at Rusconi's American Kitchen. As for his food philosophy, Chef Rusconi says simply, "Buy the best ingredients and treat them with love and respect then apply proper technique. Only by doing that will you be able to deliver the best quality possible."
