My brother and I were brought up in this business as our father owned a restaurant since we were born.  He started with a bar/restaurant in NE Minneapolis and then moved out to Golden Valley.  Because of his knowledge passed on to us we have been blessed to have 2 locations and we chose to name the restaurant after our father.
