Rick trained in Minneapolis at Rocco Altobelli and was promoted to artistic director for Rocco's Duluth salon. He managed the hair department at Elizabeth Arden's Red Door Salon in Phoenix and was on their traveling stage show team. Rick has won more Arizona Beauty awards then any other stylist in the history of the awards! He also taught color for Wella & L'Oreal; attended advanced training class with Sebastion in France, and Vidal Sassoon in Santa Monica & most recently the international color conference in Rome Italy.
