Since opening in May 2010, Quatrefoil Restaurant has been named among the top 10 Best New Restaurants in Canada by enRoute Magazine, and the Top 10 Best New Restaurants by Toronto Life.

Fraser and Georgina met while employed at Toronto's Scaramouche Restaurant. The two chefs then went to London, England in search of new styles and experiences. While there, the pair trained at some of Europe's top Michelin-starred establishments.

Now at home at Quatrefoil Restaurant, the couple find inspiration in the best local products to create superb seasonal menus. Their approach is to refine flavours through technique and let the ingredients stand on their own.

Contemporary french cuisine is the specialty of Chef Fraser Macfarlane who uses the best of local produce to create seasonal menus which showcase the ingredients and his refined culinary techniques.
