Originally Primo Tuscan Grill, Primo Prime has been in the heart of Myers park since 1993. Specializing in classic Italian and keeping our local regular's bellies happy! Although we have renovated our space and menu, we continue to serve Myers Park with new, fresh and fantastic menu choices and a welcoming staff. History repeats itself with some inspiring changes through Primo Prime.

Lifetime restauranteur (here and everywhere) and friend in the Myers Park area for over two decades, Joe has been a part of Primo from day one.  Cooking has been a passion of his since he was small, being his mom's wingman.  Born and raised in Eritrea, settled by the Italians in the 1800s, Joe has the art of Italian cooking in his heart.  His food speaks for itself. Joe is hands on and always puts his guests and staff PRIMO!
