After ten years serving as Executive Chef for the Conte Restaurant Group, Chef Grigolon is pleased to launch his own boutique restaurant that will focus on bringing the small local restaurant feel from the cobblestone streets of his hometown in northern Italy.

Drawing from career experiences in Paris, Milan, Monte Carlo and New York, Chef Grigo selects from the freshest local produce as well as global purveyors of rare foods and protein delicacies not found in the region. Each daily menu offers you something different that captures the season and the sensibilities of contemporary life in Charlotte. You can also expect Chef Grigo to personally ensure your delight--right down to the final sip of caffe. Reservations recommended via website or phone, No email reservations are accepted. Open at 5pm, closed Sundays & Mondays. Across from Red Rocks, behind Fresh Market.

Chef Grigolon has enjoyed a career that includes famous restaurants around the world: Il Cortile (under the management of renown Alain Ducasse) in Paris, France;  Aimo e Nadia in Milan, Italy; and several in upscale Monte Carlo, Monaco:  Hotel de Paris, Harry's Bar and Il Novecento including being responsible for opening  the very popular Sass Café.
