About the Business

A local Mom and Pop establishment created when the owners were disappointed in the sports bar where they were watching a Florida vs Florida State game in 1994. They were looking for a family friendly atmosphere where one could get great food and drinks at an affordable price with Awesome TV's that have sound and where All Sporting events were offered. So they decided to open their own place. They are still involved in the day to day operations of Prime Time after 30 plus years.

Family owned & operated for 30 years, PTSG is an affordable, family friendly establishment. Like "Cheers" The bartenders & wait staff recognize the regulars and look forward to meeting new friends. They're Attentive, polite, personable and knowledgeable. The restaurant is a clean, lively place to watch all sporting events. Showcasing 65+ HD TVs including 11 ten ft. Mega screens. Individual speakers at your table allow you to hear your game. Prime Time features daily lunch & dinner specials. The kitchen is open until 3AM - every day. The menu offers a wide variety of fresh & lighter food options that are far better than your average sports bar fare. All items are cooked to order, never frozen or processed. Edamame chicken salad is a nice surprise, the burgers are delicious, and PTSG has the biggest and best wings in Tampa. PTSG's full liquor bar has all of your favorite cocktails an impressive beer selection featuring a variety of craft beers. Happy hour is served from 11AM to 7PM, daily featuring $5 wells & house wines. Another bar special is that we serve our Full Menu until close. A Great place to fix your late night craving.
