Mariscos Playa Hermosa was birthed in March of 2002. "MPH," as it is now affectionately referred to, was founded by Jose and Maria Maldonado. Together, they were inspired to bring their favorite flavors of the famous Mexican beaches to the Arizona desert.

MPH's goal is and always will be to provide the client with a taste of the best Mexican Seafood while also providing excellent customer service, quality and deliciously exciting dishes and a memorable experience that will keep them coming back for more.

The carefully crafted menu is made from scratch daily while using the freshest products available from around the world. MPH is also recognized for its innovative approach to drinks, sodas and cocktails; it also serves a large, curated selection of the best tequilas available.

Their delicious approach to Mexican and Seafood has gained them popularity within the diverse Arizona community and beyond.
