We are a scratch kitchen; hand make our pastas, breads, sauces, salad dressings, even our own veggie stock and desserts in house so you are assured the freshest taste. We source as many local ingredients as we can and being in the great Pacific NW, we are blessed to get most of our ingredients as fresh as possible.
